Common repair, service and technical questions answered before you visit.

Do I need to book before visiting?

Booking is recommended, especially for diagnostics, data recovery and printer service. Walk-ins can still contact us first by phone.

Do you repair MacBooks?

Yes. We support MacBook screen repair, macOS reloads, storage upgrades, liquid damage checks and motherboard-level diagnosis.

Do you repair phones and tablets?

Yes. We handle common iPhone, iPad, Samsung and Android faults such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, buttons and speaker issues.

Can you recover data from a failed drive?

We can assess hard drives, SSDs and USB drives. Severe physical damage may need specialist lab recovery, and we will advise before proceeding.

Do you repair printers?

Yes. We support laser, inkjet, label and business printers, including Brother, Epson, HP, Canon, OKI and Kyocera troubleshooting.

Can you set up wireless printing?

Yes. We can install drivers, connect printers to Wi-Fi, configure scanning and troubleshoot network printing issues.

Do you offer on-site support?

On-site support may be available within the Hamilton area depending on distance, job type and schedule.

Is Forlongs Finance available?

Forlongs Finance may be available for eligible products and services. Ask us before approving a larger job.

Do you provide insurance reports?

Yes, we can provide diagnostic and damage reports where appropriate for insurance purposes.

How long does repair take?

Simple diagnostics may be same day. Parts-based repairs depend on part availability, model and fault complexity.
