Plain-language service terms for diagnostics, repair approval, data, warranty and collection.
Diagnostics and approval
Repair work begins after assessment and customer approval. Diagnostic fees may apply and can be credited toward approved repair where stated.
Data and backup
Customers are responsible for backups before repair where possible. We take care with devices, but data recovery and repair work can involve risk when hardware is already failing.
Parts and warranty
Warranty terms depend on the repair type, part availability and device condition. Liquid damage, impact damage and pre-existing board faults may limit warranty.
Uncollected devices
Devices should be collected promptly after completion. Storage fees or disposal processes may apply to abandoned items after repeated contact attempts.
